Welcome to Narwhal Tutoring! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are dependent on the time of cancellation:

• More than 4 hours before the lesson: No fee.
• 0.5 - 2 hours before the lesson: 0.5 hours will be subtracted from your account.
• 0 - 0.5 hours before the lesson: 1 hour will be subtracted from your account.

2. Tutor Availability

The tutor you are booking with must be consulted before bookings are made. Narwhal Tutoring cannot guarantee that any given tutor is available to tutor the subjects you need or in the suburb you are located without prior consultation.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available until the lesson occurs. If the tutor misses the lesson, a full refund will be provided upon request. For refunds or disputes, please contact us at 0421 286 031.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking lessons.
• Respect the time and availability of tutors.
• Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

5. Limitation of Liability

Narwhal Tutoring is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We strive to provide high-quality tutoring, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

6. Changes to Terms

Narwhal Tutoring reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
